Save the Children International has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager, Global Change –PRIME, GI Uptake & Data Insights to join our global team. Team and Role Purpose: Save the Children as a movement generates huge volumes of data that is used for multiple purposes. There are many systems and tools across the organisation that are used to generate, store, and communicate data and information as well as pockets of capabilities and process that is focused on driving continuous improvement. As we move into the next strategy period, we are facing an ever increasing need to support the most marginalised and deprived children through our breakthroughs and as a result the need to enable better prioritisation and decision-making becomes ever clearer. As part of this journey, a key focus is strengthening Data Insights—enabling staff at all levels to confidently draw meaningful insights from the data we capture. With the integration of PRIME and Global Indicator (GI) data, two new tools—the Strategy Management Dashboard and Project Management Dashboard—have been launched.
