Position Details: The Assistant Director of Orientation and Family Engagement directs the implementation of new student orientation and transition programs, including Week of Welcome, and supports the online orientation experience. This role collaborates with campus partners to deliver student-centered experiences and supervises student staff who support these initiatives. The Assistant Director also supports the implementation of Fall Weekend and commencement and contributes to departmental programs, communications, and cross-campus efforts that enhance student engagement and success. The assistant director is a 12-month, full-time, exempt position that reports to the Associate Director of Orientation and Family Engagement.
