Description Position Overview: The Manager of Compliance serves as the organization’s Compliance Officer and is responsible for ensuring that all operations are conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies. Under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer, this role provides strategic leadership and oversight of compliance, risk management, and quality assurance functions. This position promotes a culture of ethical conduct, accountability, and continuous quality improvement, while ensuring that compliance activities are effectively integrated into organizational operations.
