OVERVIEW: The Senior Manager, Global Physician Engagement and Education is responsible for executing and scaling RxSight’s global professional engagement strategy in close partnership with the VP of Professional Education, SVP of Sales, and VP of Marketing. This role translates strategic direction into structured programs, processes, and day-to-day execution across Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement, consultant management, meetings, and professional education initiatives supporting the Light Adjustable Lens (LAL) platform.
