Human Resources Summary: The Laundry Engineer Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and basic diagnosis of all equipment in the Laundry Facility. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - The primary objective is to keep and maintain all equipment in the facility in good, clean operating order. - Maintain building and support functions for the laundry facility as required by the Chief Engineer. Competencies: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: - High School Diploma/ 5 years experience maintaining various laundry equipment or equivalent. Technical Abilities: Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical fields. Ability to read an electrical schematic.
