Cost Segregation / Senior Consultant Location: Houston, TX This is a confidential search being conducted on behalf of a client as part of our Talent Solutions Advisory services. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong, client-facing cost segregation professional who enjoys owning projects end-to-end and working across a variety of property types. The role offers a mix of analytical work, collaboration with internal engineering and tax teams, and direct client interaction in a fast-paced, consultative environment. Position Overview: This role is ideal for a confident, client-facing Cost Segregation / Senior Consultant who can independently manage and execute cost segregation studies from start to finish. The position will work closely with clients across various industries and property types, owning engagements from initial scoping through final report delivery. This role requires someone polished, credible, and technically strong to lead studies and client conversations with minimal oversight.
