Job Description As a Business Analyst in our Sourcing, Quality & Regulatory domain, you will play a key role in one of our highest-priority initiatives within Tech & Data. The Quality Case Management project already has a clear scope and dedicated business and tech project managers in place. What is missing now is the Business Analyst who can turn this into fast paced and high quality delivery. You will help replace today’s fragmented way of working, where quality issues are tracked through email and Excel, with one central system that brings more structure, visibility and control. In doing so, you will help the business manage quality issues more proactively, reduce compliance risks and improve decision-making. As the only Business Analyst focusing in the project, you will have real ownership from analysis through implementation. Alongside this project, you will also support smaller post-go-live improvements for the Artwork Management tool.
