Group Tax Manager

Job description

- Develop, lead and maintain the tax design of corporate structure taking into consideration the strategy set out by the Head of Tax and risk assessment of operational jurisdictions. - Analyze and deliver solutions for global tax developments (such as ATAD, MDR and BEPS) - End-to-end tax management of assessable risk or uncertain tax positions (strategy & structuring, accounting & reporting, compliance, controversy & dispute resolution, transfer pricing, control framework) - Lead the (outsourced) tax compliance cycle for Principal and FinCo - Handle and supervise of the global tax position including tax accounting, compliance, year-end audit. - Risk assessment and control of all taxes including tax provisioning. - Lead tax audits and tax litigation, including negotiations with local tax authorities. - Handling market entry and exit positions in terms of tax optimization of strategies relating to financing, thin capitalization, repatriation in a foreign exchange currency-controlled environment, treaty access and economic substance. - Develop, implement and maintain tax reporting tools, tax repository and tax digitalization tools - Work with internal team to ensure accuracy of tax fo...
