Description Department: Athletic Department: Job Status: Full-time: FLSA Status: Salaried: Reports To: Director of Athletics: Grade/Level: n/a: Amount of Travel Required: Seasonal: Work Schedule: July 1 – June 30 Positions Supervised: n/a: POSITION SUMMARY: The Head Coach is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the program, including but not limited to recruiting, scheduling, training, monitoring academic progress, promotions, fundraising and coaching team members. The Head Coach is required to abide by the rules and regulations established by Benedictine College, the Heart of America Athletic Conference (Heart), and the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA). Benedictine College is a member of the NAIA at the Division I level. This is a full time, twelve-month position.
