We have an immediate opening for a Shift Lead to oversee daily production activities during the second shift, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations. This role serves as the primary point of contact for second shift employees, providing leadership, direction, and support while maintaining production schedules and company standards by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates. Key Job Functions: · Supervising the proper labeling, filling, and packaging of product as it passes the production line · Assisting line employees as necessary to maintain an efficient pace while ensuring quality and safety; performing work on the line, as needed · Evaluating performance of the production line workers and rotates on a consistent basis (every one to two hours, as needed) to ensure all safety g...
