This role is remote and not required to be in the office, however this position is required that the candidate lives within 50 miles of the Phoenix business unit. I. Job Summary: The Representative, Digital Sales Support is responsible for facilitating live Chat interactions to guide customers in completing a SMB sale while navigating the WM Web Portal. This role advises and counsels prospective customers by use of phone conversations (outbound / inbound), email, chat technology, and other channels to potential clients to promote, sell, and enroll company products and related services. Explains any of the product lines the company offers. Provides accurate information regarding each product line while assisting in the enrollment and/or purchase procedure while exercising the highest levels of integrity in customer service throughout the customer's experience. II.
