Job Description: The Club Managers of 10 Fitness are expected to uphold and deliver the 10 Fitness member experience via being honest and committed individuals who are moldable, patient, and resilient. They should be leaders who are enthusiastic about helping others and have a strong desire to make a difference. All team members will contribute to running a clean, friendly, and well-maintained club; execute the team member basics of being on time and complying with company policies. The team member will strive to ensure a safe, fun, and interactive environment in a positive and professional manner. Management: - Communicate with the District Manager (DM) on all things related to members and sales. - Communicate with DM and Human Resources on all things related to staffing changes. - Ensure that all signage and displays are correct at all times. - Ensure a safe and friendly work environment by documenting and reporting all claims of harassment and discrimination, policy and safety violations, and injuries. - Order all supplies needed for the club from the diff...
