About the role We have an exciting opportunity for a Stock Manager to take ownership of how stock moves through our warehouse - from goods-in right through to picking and despatch. In this role, you’ll lead stock operations end-to-end, ensuring everything is accurate, efficient, and set up to support the pace of the business. You’ll play a key part in shaping how we manage inventory, driving improvements in stock flow, layout, and systems, while leading and developing a high-performing team. This is a hands-on role with real impact, balancing day-to-day operational delivery with longer-term thinking to optimise performance, reduce waste, and support growth. Please note this is a full-time position Monday-Friday 8am-4pm in our Shoreham-by-Sea Warehouse. Your role: Lead the end-to-end management of stock within the warehouse, from goods-in through to replenishment of stock for our packing teams.
