Financial Systems & Process Analyst

Plymouth Rock is seeking a Financial Systems & Process Analyst to support and enhance financial systems and help drive process improvements across the Finance organization. This role is a balanced blend of systems support (Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning) and process analysis, with a focus on automation, standardization, and operational efficiency. RESPONSIBILITIES: Financial Systems: - Support daily system operations including data maintenance, validation reporting, issue tracking, and troubleshooting. - Provide ongoing support, configuration, and enhancement of Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning. - Partner with Finance and IT to gather requirements, identify gaps, and translate business needs into system solutions. - Design and execute testing (Development, QA, UAT) and validate results against business requirements. - Maintain data integrity and support integrations between Workday and other systems. - Deliver user training and support to promote adoption of standard processes and best practices.
