Catholic Social Services is currently seeking a part-time overnight awake, 36 hours per week, Child & Youth Care Worker in EDMONTON to join our Sebastian House. Providing excellent client-centered care, you are confident, thoughtful, and motivated to achieve success when supporting others in your community. This position has a weekly schedule of: Overnight awake position, an average of 36 hours per week, 4 on, 4 off rotation with schedule; Mondays: 10:00pm -7:00am. Tuesday - Thursday could either be 10:00pm - 7:00am or 11:00pm - 7:00am, Friday & Saturday are 10:00pm -10:00am. Job application closing date: June 5, 2026. Program Overview: The Sebastian House program is a long term residential group program for high risk youth age between 13 to 18 involved with addictions, criminal involvement, gang affiliations and possible PSECA (Protection of Sexually Exploited Children Act) involvement, females and males. These youth would be engaging in their high-risk behaviors with high intensity, possibly recruiting for gangs and prostitution, and intravenous/hard drug use.
