Production Lead

Job description

The Production Lead supports and assists production management by providing daily people scheduling, priorities, and training directions for production employees in various of databases. This position is also responsible for initial troubleshooting of production issues and communicating these issues and potential improvements to Management. Major Areas of Accountability: - Coordinate daily production needs that address safety, quality productivity. - Monitors the standard of work within assigned area - Ensure employees follow all applicable procedures - Direct employees workflow and monitor work assignments to achieve daily production schedules - Assist with establishing priorities, problem solving and setting goals in production. - Communicates team needs and makes recommendations to Management - Assures workflow between stations and/or departments, providing parts, supplies and tools as needed. - Document jobs through manufacturing procedures - Troubleshoot minor issues and elevate larger problems to appropriate members and/or cross functionals team members - Ensure employees are adequately trained to perform the work assignment - Training and certify employees when necessary - P...
