Schedules, coordinates and assists in the completion of large maintenance and home improvement projects. Performs needed repairs on properties including minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and minor maintenance of heating and cooling systems. Inspects buildings and equipment on a periodic basis, checks for needed repairs and performs necessary preventative maintenance.
