Job description
Mission: - Monitor, analyze, and manage product anomalies coming from the field from detection to resolution. - Ensure robust quality processes and alignment with Stellantis standards across regions. - Support the deployment of solutions in the network via Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs) and service campaigns. - Contribute to the design/specification and implementation of the systems supporting detection - Standardize worldwide management of the technical service bulleting Main Responsibilities: - Detect, analyze, and manage product anomalies, coordinating with engineering teams and suppliers for resolution. - Ensure quality processes are followed and continuously improved across all regions. - Support the creation and distribution of Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs) and service campaigns to the repair network. - Collaborate with field teams and workshops to gather feedback and validate solutions. - Write clear and structured specifications for system development related to quality and technical support. - Analyze technical data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities. - Maintain a 360° view of the repair workshop environment to ensure practical and effe...
