In this role, you will lead the recruitment, hiring, training, and supervision of Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs), ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for clients. You’ll play a key role in maintaining program standards, supporting staff development, and promoting effective communication across the treatment team. Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of behavioral health principles, supervisory experience, and a commitment to excellence in client care.
