What You'll Do: Manage time effectively to ensure all configuration orders are completed by end of day Monitor assigned queue and maintain an 8-calendar day or less duration Collaborate with Sales Ops and Sales team to address any queries or concerns Collaborate with Marketing and ERP to ensure accurate hardware and software selections Perform root cause analysis for any quality errors Coordinate expedite requests and prioritize accordingly Respond to customer order status requests from Sales and Production Scheduling Address configuration-related queries from Production and Quality teams Promote positive communication with sale...
