As our new Aquatics Manager/Leader, your purpose will be to help us create a fun and professional environment, providing our customers and their children with a great learning experience. You’ll work closely with the franchise owner and our swim instructors to help shape our school’s culture and commitment to running a smooth operation. You’ll also play a big role in helping bring more customers to the school and keep them coming back. This is a part-time position developing into a full-time as we scale. You will need to work flexible hours, including a regular weekend day and evenings. You will need to be able to travel locally in the Greater Santa Clara area to all our pools, as well as travel for Aquatic training and conferences.
