Amazon Web Services is seeking a results-driven Industry Marketing Manager to spearhead the development of our customer and events marketing strategy aligned to financial services, represented our owned events and industry sponsorships. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive measurable business outcomes by reaching existing and new customers across the industry. This role would own the overall event strategy for our most important events, customer engagement activities, and sit at the center of a cross functional team driving the launch and completion of these events. The person in this role will partner with internal teams such as product marketing, field marketing, business development, solutions architecture, sales, and event logistics. To be successful in this role, you will need to utilize exceptional project management skills to manage pre-event communication, event planning, and post-event follow-up to optimize lead generation opportunities.
