Product Manager II, Google Cloud, Media CDN

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role. - 5 years of experience in product management, including building Content Delivery Network (CDN), SaaS, or Edge Computing products. - 2 years of experience with Networking, Network Architecture, Networking Protocols, Software Architecture. Preferred qualifications: - Experience in modern streaming (HLS/DASH) and edge compute plugins to optimize performance and security. - Experience with edge computing platforms (e.g., Cloudflare Workers, Fastly Compute@Edge, cloud computing platform CloudFront Functions) to execute custom logic closer to end users. - Proficiency in monitoring CDN metrics (TTFB, cache fill) and implementing WAF/DDoS protection. - Understanding of AI-driven lifecycles, from real-time inference to delivery of generated assets. - Ability to manage high-throughput media ingestion and automated AI classification pipelines. - Fluency with Edge Compute Infrastructure (network, compute and storage) and Content Delivery Network (CDN) in delivering AI Generated Content and Agentic transaction.
