Requirements: What You’ll Do: Work with VIP clients: - Receiving and processing requests for booking hotels, other accommodation facilities, transport services, excursions around the world; - Formation of a commercial offer to the client; - Searching and booking of accommodation options, additional services, according to the request; - Negotiation of the cost, conditions of cancellation, booking and payment with hotels directly and suppliers; - Support in all cases arising from the completed booking (cancellation, changes, relocation, etc.) What We’re Looking For: - English Proficiency: Upper Intermediate level (both spoken and written). - Russian Proficiency: Upper Intermedia...
