We are currently hiring several Seasonal Full-Time and Part-Time Customer Service Representatives to join our Philadelphia Corporate Office team. We're looking for individuals who are resourceful, personable, patient, quick learners, and detail-oriented. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer and phone communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced, independent work environment. Initial interviews will be conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams or Zoom. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older. Key Responsibilities: Deliver prompt, courteous, and efficient customer service over the phone. Assist customers with product inquiries and order-related questions.
