What the Role Is The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations by accurately receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products in a safe and efficient manner. This role plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy, meeting productivity standards, and ensuring timely fulfillment of internal and external customer orders. What You’ll Be Doing: (These responsibilities are to be performed with or without reasonable accommodation) - Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips - Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment according to established procedures - Load and unload trucks using material handling equipment as required - Drive company vehicle to make local deliveries as needed - Maintain accurate inventory through proper labeling, storage, and cycle counting - Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and scanners - Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards to maintain a clean and organized warehouse - Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or safety concerns - Support inventory counts, audits, and warehouse projects as needed - Collaborate with...
