Our Mail order and Closed-Door Specialty Pharmacy might be a great fit for you! *Sign on Bonus Being Offered* POSITION SUMMARY: The Pharmacist Supervisor would have the responsibility to monitor team activity and effectiveness, work with call center management and fulfillment management to help manage workflow on the fulfillment floor as unexpected increases/decreases in volumes dictate, assist in managing inventory, handle escalations, incident reporting, expedite tickets issued by the teams and assist in the setup of new initiatives and program launches for the pharmacy. The Pharmacist Supervisor is responsible for supervising and leading staff pharmacists, as well as serving as a staff pharmacist. The Pharmacist Supervisor will also guide pharmacy technicians, as a group, as necessary. The Pharmacist Supervisor will report directly to the Pharmacy Manager/Pharmacist-In-Charge 100% Onsite in Charlestown, Indiana Must be available to work a rotating schedule of Monday-Friday 7:00am ET-7:00pm ET.
