Nursing Manager - Community Based Nursing and Allied Health Service - Full-time - Hybrid work model based in Brunswick About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Nursing Manager to lead our Home Care Nursing team. This is a key leadership role responsible for the strategic direction, operational management, and clinical governance of nursing services within BaptistCare’s Home Care services. The role will lead the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care while driving the growth and expansion of nursing services through innovation, partnerships, and service improvement.
