We also provide comprehensive training to help you excel in this role. A Day in the Life: A Foster Care Worker provides support services to foster families and youth. This individual also establishes and maintains relationships with lead agencies, service providers, schools, and legal parties regarding the status, needs, and progress of the children in foster care.
