As a Parts Cleaner , you will perform chemical and mechanical cleaning of parts and other metal products by hand, solvent bath or other processes to remove unwanted materials. What you’ll do: Operate and learn industrial cleaning methods including solvent hand cleaning, chemical cleaning, grit blasting, and mechanical cleaning processes in accordance with established procedures and safety standards. Operate and maintain metal cleaning equipment such as vapor blasters, wheelabrators, deburring systems, and blast cabinets. Perform incoming, in-process, and final cleaning of metal components, including drying using hot water, forced air, or oven systems.
