Functional Tester / Scrum Master (Senior) Schaerbeek, Belgium Start Date: May 2026 Overview: We are seeking a Senior Functional Tester / Scrum Master to join a digital transformation team focused on developing and maintaining business-critical applications. You will play a dual role in ensuring software quality and facilitating Agile processes within the team. Key Responsibilities: - Perform functional testing (system, integration, and regression testing) on in-house applications - Create and maintain test plans, ensuring high-quality software delivery - Act as Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies and monitoring team progress - Manage and maintain product and sprint backlogs - Track, report, and follow up on defects and issues - Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to resolve operational challenges - Support end-users with applications and tools used in field operations - Ensure smooth communication between team members, stakeholders, and project leadership Requirements: - 10+ years' experience as a Functional Tester - 5+ years' experience as a Scrum Master - Strong experience with Oracle and writing queries (10+ years) - Experience testing large, business-cri...
