Job Description: Dentsu is seeking a Group Director, Commerce & Retail Media to join New Stream Media (NSM) and lead strategic, operational, and client delivery excellence across one or more enterprise Retail Media Network (RMN) and commerce engagements. This role is a client-facing, hands-on leadership position, responsible for owning day-to-day client relationships, guiding account strategy, and leading cross-functional teams across retail media, monetization, data, and commerce enablement. The Group Director will act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, while ensuring strong operational rigor, financial accountability, and delivery quality. This role requires comfort operating at both a strategic and tactical level, balancing executive client engagement with hands-on leadership and delivery oversight.
