Organization: SCAH-Sutter Care at Home - Bay Position Overview: Successful candidate will hold OTA certification in the state of California. The Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) is a State-approved professional health care worker who provides specialized tasks within the established plan of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT). The OTA performs selected measurement procedures and implements treatment programs for home health and hospice patients who have been evaluated by an Occupational Therapist. The OTA is responsible for communication and documentation of patient care activities provided and performs special projects as assigned.
