How You’ll Contribute The Human Resources (HR) team works to find, grow and retain talent and build the NGS community. HR is dedicated to designing and building people and total reward strategies that enhance employee culture and the employee experience at NGS. The HR department includes HR Business Partners, Total Rewards & Recognition, Talent Management, and it leads the internship program at NGS. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Staff Talent Development, The Staff Talent Development Senior Specialist will partner with their manager to design compelling and tailored onboarding and learning and development programs and resources that will support the opening of the Museum of Exploration (MoE) and NGS in building key leadership skills that address the workforce’s emerging needs. This includes curation of existing online and instructor led training content to create a suite of learning and onboarding paths for staff. The Senior Specialist will bring strong communication and organizational skills, an action-orientation, and a passion for creating innovative learning experiences.
