Why This Role Matters We are seeking an experienced Head of FP&A to lead the financial planning, forecasting and performance management function of the business. This is a senior finance leadership role, partnering closely with the CFO and Executive team to provide high‑quality commercial insight, strategic analysis and decision support. The role has been newly created following a restructure of the finance leadership model, separating forward‑looking FP&A from financial control. Statutory reporting, compliance and audit responsibilities sit with the Head of Finance, allowing this role to focus squarely on value‑adding analysis and performance. This role offers the opportunity to shape the FP&A agenda, influence strategic decision‑making, and play a critical role in the organisation’s future direction.
