Senior Software Engineer – Team Lead (Wädenswil, hybrid home/office) Creoptix AG, a brand of Malvern Panalytical, provides the next-generation bioanalytical instruments based on the proprietary Grating-Coupled-Interferometry (GCI) technology. Our products support drug discovery and life science research across industry and academia. Our instruments combine advanced opto-mechatronic engineering with sophisticated software, enabling precise and reliable bioanalytical measurements. To expand our inter-disciplinary R&D team based in Wädenswil we are seeking a Senior Software Engineer – Team Lead. Your role and responsibilities: In this hybrid role, you will lead a small core team of experienced software and data science professionals while contributing directly as a hands‑on developer (approximately 60–80% development, 20–40% leadership).
