Marketing Technology Coordinator

Job description

Proskauer is seeking an experienced Marketing Technology Coordinator to support the Firm’s client relationship management (CRM) platform, InterAction, and its email marketing platform, Vuture. This role plays a critical part in strengthening client development, enhancing communications, and advancing the Firm’s digital presence. CRM (InterAction): - Review and validate daily contact updates in the Data Change Management Inbox. - Maintain accurate and complete data for the Firm’s top clients and personnel by building subsidiary company trees, researching new contacts, and performing periodic data checks. - Process employee hires and departures in the CRM system. - Develop and execute schedules for data hygiene, including duplicate cleansing, updating incomplete records, standardizing country fields, and merging address data. - Create and manage Marketing and Working List folders. - Provide training support to Legal Support Assistants, Lawyers, Marketers, and Business Developers. - Build complex searches to generate targeted contact lists. - Manage list imports and exports. - Develop and format Business Development reports upon request. - Extract, analyze, and report on data from CRM...
