The big picture: What our meter technicians do Our Meter Technicians install, maintain, and repair Conservice submeters, allowing our billing team to accurately track and bill utility usage by the unit or individual apartment. Schedule: - Install, program, and configure submeters and related communication systems in multifamily homes, apartment complexes, and retail areas. - Perform routine maintenance and inspection of submeters to ensure accurate measurement and proper functioning. - Ensure communications systems are functioning properly and perform routine maintenance as needed. - Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to submeter performance, connectivity, or data transmission. - Conduct repairs and replacements of faulty or malfunctioning submeters as needed. - Calibrate and test submeters to ensure accurate and reliable measurement of water consumption. - Regularly climb ladders and work at heights to access water submeter...
