Job DetailsJob Location: Camp Menzies - Camp Connell, CA 95223Position Type: SeasonalSalary Range: $16.90 - $16.90 HourlyThis position pays $16.90 per hour during training, and a $115 daily rate while working at camp. The CIT Program Specialist facilitates the Counselor-in-Training (CIT) program, mentoring participants and supporting leadership development. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Deliver structured leadership curriculum. Mentor and evaluate CIT participants. Support overall camp programming. Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Minimum 21 years of age. Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification required, or willingness and ability to obtain prior to the start of camp (training can be provided) Experience working with teens. Leadership training experience preferred. Ability to model Girl Scout values and create a physically and emotionally safe, inclusive environment for all participants. Maintain a valid driver’s license and meet council insurance eligibility requirements; be comfortable operating council vehicles, including large passenger vans, as needed.
