Description The Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing product quality across manufacturing and field operations. This role monitors in-process and pre-shipment quality, manages field-reported concerns, and drives root cause analysis and corrective actions related to product and service issues. The Quality Manager serves as a key point of coordination for quality communication, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Manufacturing Quality Oversight: - Monitor and evaluate product quality throughout manufacturing and prior to shipment - Ensure compliance with company quality standards and specifications - Partner with production teams to identify defects and implement corrective actions Field Quality Management: - Serve as the primary point of contact for field-reported quality concerns - Investigate issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions - Communicate corrective actions and timelines to internal stakeholders Shipping & Service Issue Resolution: - Monitor service-related issues including short shipments, mis-shipments, and damaged goods - Conduct root cause analysis related to picking, packing, labeling, and loading pr...
