To support comprehensive patient-centered care to individuals and groups with complex mental and physical illnesses through planning, coordination of and provision of transportation activities/scheduling of medical consultation appointments and maintenance, distribution and cleaning of medical equipment. Organizes, schedules and supports patient related transportation under the supervision of the Assistant Chief Nurse Executive and direction from Nursing Unit Managers.
