Position Summary Leads the continuous improvement effort to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost. Identifies inefficiencies, drives cost-savings and engages with employees through hands-on training and coaching. Creates strategic lean transformation plan and drives preparation and execution of improvement efforts throughout the facility. Utilizes a participative team approach and strong project management skills to contribute towards the company’s global multi-million dollar cost saving initiatives.
