Position Description: The Welding Technician I is responsible for safely performing all tasks associated with this position, with supervision and guidance . The Welding Technician I is a crucial position, supporting the welding/fabricating processes and training throughout the business . S eamless interaction with all departments , Vendors, Suppliers and Wabash sites is required . Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism . A bove average welding skill , basic Automated Welding and fabrication knowledge are required . Robotic understanding is a plus, depending on site needs . Must be able to complete tasks on time with high quality and with attention to detail . Above average communication and personal interaction skills are required .
