Benefits: THE BEACH CLUB HOA MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Job Description: Responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks. Perform building tasks in one or more fields; carpentry, electrical, heating, ventilation, HVAC, plumbing, etc. Perform general cleaning and other tasks as assigned. Required Skills: - Excellent customer service skills required - Excellent oral/written skills required - 1-3 years of prior maintenance experience, required Job requirements: - Be able to lift 50 pounds. - Be able to stand/walk for entire shift. - Must be able to climb/stand on ladders and stairs. - Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, reach. - Must keep a neat, safe workspace.
