Description We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Professional Services for North America to lead and scale our regional delivery organization. This leader will drive successful customer outcomes, oversee complex enterprise implementations, and lead a high-performing services organization that supports customer adoption, value realization, and long-term growth. The ideal candidate combines consulting rigor, insurance domain expertise, and strong customer engagement skills , with experience managing senior teams in distributed and multicultural environments . This executive will partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and global leadership to ensure consistent delivery excellence and strong customer impact across North America.
