What You’ll Do: This position performs independent work providing counseling and mental health services to students enrolled at TSC and reports to the Coordinator of Counseling. The Mental Health Counselor Provides a range of counseling services including assessment, therapy, crisis support, outreach, and referrals. Consults with campus and external partners, may train others and supervise interns, and is responsible for maintaining accurate clinical records while ensuring strict confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
