Overview Nakupuna Companies is seeking an innovative, collaborative professional to join its Human Resources team as a Junior Human Resource Specialist. This entry-level role provides administrative support to the Human Resources team and assists with day-to-day HR operations. The Junior Human Resource Specialist supports new hire processing and onboarding, maintains accurate employee records, and helps ensure HR systems are current and compliant. Working closely with HR team members, Business Operations, and hiring managers, this role assists with processing new hires, responding to employee inquiries, and supporting employee lifecycle activities. The position also helps manage HR ticket requests, employment verifications, and other general administrative tasks, while escalating complex or sensitive matters to senior HR staff as appropriate. This position will be based in the Honolulu, Hawaii office.
