Description Job Title: Director of Operations: Location: San Antonio, TX: Employee Type: Full-Time: FLSA Status: Exempt: Department: Operations: Reports to (Job Title): President, PSI The Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company’s end-to-end operational functions, including Quality Control, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Customer Service. This role ensures efficient, compliant, and scalable operations while driving continuous improvement, cost control, and exceptional customer satisfaction. The Director of Operations works closely with executive leadership to align operational strategy with business objectives.
