Minimum qualifications: Experience in a technical domain (e.g., Infrastructure, GKE, Data Engineering, or Cloud AI). - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role. - Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines. - Experience engaging with, presenting to, or influencing technical stakeholders or executive leaders. Preferred qualifications: Experience in a technical domain (e.g., Infrastructure, GKE, Data Engineering, or Cloud AI). - Experience working with product and capacity teams to resolve technical and capacity blockers. - Experience in one or more of the following: AI Infrastructure, Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) or data engineering. - Experience with SRE principles or incident response protocols. - Experience with object-oriented programming languages (i.e., Python, Java), and using technical proficiencies to remove blockers and accelerate customer deployment. - Proficiency in automation and deployment tools used by customers and partners (e.g., Google Cloud Foundation Toolkit).
