About the opportunity We are looking for a Senior AI & Automation Manager to join our Growth Operations team and lead the "AI Operator & Tooling Strategy" for N26 Marketing. This isn't just about managing tools; it’s about reimagining how a modern marketing organization functions. You will be our internal expert on the latest AI developments, identifying exactly where automation can replace manual tasks and where AI can supercharge our creative output. If you are a MarTech enthusiast who loves deconstructing complex workflows and rebuilding them to be faster, smarter, and more scalable, you will play a pivotal role in defining the future of growth at N26.
